NCSS invites you, a leading education supplier, to collaborate with us, and discover a truly unique opportunity for repeated exposure to thousands of educators. Stand out from the crowd! Sponsorship is your opportunity to gain additional visibility and exposure. Sponsor an event or service at the 92nd NCSS Annual Conference. There are several opportunities to suit your needs and budget.

Sponsorship Benefits

The following benefits apply to all sponsorship opportunities. Please see the description of each sponsorship opportunity for more information.

• Title sponsorship listed as “Sponsored by (your company’s name)” in the Annual Conference Preview and Program
• Sign indicating company name and sponsorship placed at the event
• Four complimentary conference registrations
• Listing on the “Thank you Sponsors” signs located in the registration area
• Sponsor ribbons for company representatives
• Your logo and Web link to your website on the NCSS Conference web page

First Timer Scholarships
Help support participation among teachers in the Pacific Northwest in high-poverty or at-risk schools attending their first NCSS conference. You can select the teacher(s) to receive your company’s scholarship(s), and you will be invited to meet the recipients. Your sponsorship covers conference registration and one-year membership in NCSS.
Fee: $300 toward one scholarship

President's Reception
Friday, November 16
Sheraton Seattle Hotel
Your company will receive top-notch recognition as a sponsor of the social event of the conference, held among the glittering lights of the Seattle skyline in the 35th-floor Cirrus Ballroom of the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. You will be acknowledged as a key conference sponsor, and a representative will be invited to offer brief remarks. You will also have the opportunity to display your company’s materials at the reception.
**Fee: $5,000 for silver sponsorship, $10,000 for gold sponsorship, $15,000 for platinum sponsorship. **

Advance Registration Packets
Each pre-registered 2012 attendee will receive an advance registration packet that includes name badge, tickets, and additional key meeting information. Sponsors can provide a corporate or product insert in the registration packet.
Fee: $7,500 for exclusive sponsorship or $2,500 per piece

Exhibit Hall Coffee Stations
Sponsor a full morning of coffee or a single station in the exhibit hall. Signage will acknowledge the sponsorship and an adjacent magazine rack will allow sponsors to display their materials. Choose from among 3-4 stations.
Fee: $4,500 for full morning sponsorship or $1,500 per station
